Executive Director Tiffany Litman and Assistant Directors Tanya and Sandy attended the 2025 MASE/MASA Spring Conference in the Twin Cities last week. This annual event brings education leaders together to collaborate, reflect, and celebrate the impact of Minnesota schools. A highlight of the conference—Tiffany accepted the MASE New Special Education Leader Award with a powerful speech that left us inspired. At this week’s Year 1 New Teacher Cohort Collaboration, we had the privilege of welcoming several members of our ASEC team to share their expertise and connect with new special education teachers in our member districts. A big thank you to: Jennifer and Gabby, Behavior Support Specialists Alycia, Occupational Therapist Katie, Blind/Visually Impaired Teacher Renee, Assistive Technology Consultant Pam, Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teacher Each of them brought valuable insight and encouragement to the cohort. Watching them share their roles and how they support educators, students, and families was a powerful reminder of how fortunate we are to have such a strong, dedicated team.💙 A special shoutout to Erin, our Due Process Facilitator, who helped make this fantastic day possible!
