She is a fierce advocate who sees the whole child and keeps each student’s strengths, needs, and future at the center of her work.
Lisa’s creativity is one of the many gifts she brings to ASEC. From helping lead our Making Connections events to finding meaningful learning opportunities in everyday community settings, Lisa thinks outside the box and helps students and families see what is possible.
Twenty-five years represents generations of students supported, families encouraged, opportunities created, and colleagues inspired to think differently. Lisa’s passion, creativity, and commitment have made a lasting impact across ASEC and the communities we serve.

Over the past two weeks, we held co-op-wide Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) trainings, bringing staff from across our member districts together to learn, practice, and strengthen the skills that help us support students with care and confidence.
