A number of students in ASEC districts have disabilities that require the use of assistive technology to benefit from their education. ASEC has several staff trained and available to provide consultation to educational teams in their consideration of assistive technology for students.
A lending library which includes such items as communication devices and other adaptive equipment is available for districts to try with students who have special technology needs.
